Today we are interviewing Allen. An Information System engineer female student. Yesterday we have interviewed Tom, who was a male student, lets here from Allen which is a female.

So Allen, Please tell us about yourself

My name is Allen. I am 22 years old and I’m starting my third year in Information System engineering

Why did you choose this field?

I’ve chosen this field basiclly because my dad works in this field. But as I got deeper into my studies I myself did enjoy it and found myself pure curious about information systems!

What do you like in this field?

Well… Money of course! Information system engineer make a lot of money! As for today they make almost the highest paycheck in the engineering field. But if to be completly honest, after I’ve joind the filed, the field grew on me and I really do enjoy it. I Like the challenge in finding bugs and I also like to find solutions to these bugs.

So, what do you dislike about this field?

What don’t I like? hmmm… I guess I really do enjoy it all

Are you busy with your studies?

Yes, I am. I’m very busy. I have a lot of homework and I must keep up with my schedule which is not simple at all being an information system engineer.

Are you able to fit social life in your daily schedule?

A little bit. On the weekends I tend to hang out with my boyfriend, my friends and of course my family! Sometimes, if I have extra time, I go to the studio which I used to study in and give dance lessons.

How are you able to manage both study life and social life?

Well, I simply I chose a boyfriend from the University haha

As a third-year student, What are you ambitions to this year?

What ambitions can I have? To pass the third year I guess haha… I want to get good grades, keep up with my current grades and maybe find a job in the field

But Allen social life, student life and a job?! How will you have time to do all?

Magic! No, I’m kidding. I will do my best to keep up a tight schedule – Really hope I can do it!

Ok, last question – What course did you like the most, and which one did you hate the most?

My least favorite was Statistics… How much did I suffer there… I didn’t like the matriel at all – all these numbers get me messed up. My favorite one was advanced programming. I really got to learn what is behined the code and how to code correctly.
